We Ratified:  Banner Fuel; Coca Cola;  Keebler/Nabisco  JT Ryerson & Son, Inc.; Safeway Drivers; Safeway Warehouse;  The American Bottling Company - 7Up/Dr. Pepper; UFCW; and US Bakery/Franz.

We Organized and Ratified Newport Bus Drivers.

Dr. Pepper/Seven Up overwhelmingly ratified their agreement. Local 690 was successful in their efforts to exceed the pattern of settlements with Dr. Pepper/Seven Up on the West Coast as was confirmed by the IBT Western Region Beverage Representative. Like our recent grocery agreement, Local 690 has set a new standard for beverage settlements in the west.
